The Missing Lane: What the Record Cannot Yet Tell Us About Wrong-Side Driving

Delhi’s official transport page contains a draft road-safety policy; the national accident record counts road deaths by month and time; a 2019 legislative proposal sought tougher penalties and a national safety board. None of those records, however, answers the apparently simple question of why someone enters the wrong side of a road.
