Bengaluru: Couple spends 21 days at Leela Palace during relocation

Shivangi and Manuj spent 21 days in a Tower Suite at The Leela Palace Bengaluru while looking for a permanent home after relocating to the city for Manuj’s job.

In a video posted on August 30, Shivangi said Manuj’s employer had arranged the temporary stay. She showed the apartment-style suite, which had a living area, kitchenette, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and workspace. The bedroom had a four-poster bed and a balcony.

The stay included breakfast, high tea and cocktail hours, Shivangi said. She also described housekeeping visits while the couple were out and confectionery left by hotel staff.

The Leela Palace Bengaluru lists Tower Suite rates from ₹76,868 to ₹92,850 a night before taxes and fees, depending on the package. The couple used the suite as a temporary address while beginning their home search in Bengaluru.
