Sri Venkatesh Devasthan in Fanaswadi is holding daily rituals and processions during its annual 12-day festival.

The 99-year-old Sri Venkatesh Devasthan, known locally as Chhota Tirupati Balaji, is observing Sri Brahmotsavam from November 6 to 17. The programme includes Vedic recitations, rituals and morning and evening processions of Lord Venkateshwara on ceremonial vehicles.

At Sri Venkatesh Devasthan in Fanaswadi, Lord Venkateshwara is being taken through city streets each morning and evening on different ceremonial vehicles as the temple observes its annual Sri Brahmotsavam.

The festival runs from November 6 to 17 at the 99-year-old shrine, also known as Chhota Tirupati Balaji. Its programme includes Divyaprabandhapath, Veda Parayanam and Tirumanjanam, with rituals conducted under the guidance of Srimad Jagadguru P B Swami Srinivasacharyaji Maharaj and Sri Balakswami Anantacharyaji.

Temple representative Venkatesh Pareek said the shrine was established in 1927 by Swami Anantacharya of Kanchi. He said it follows the Pancharatra Agama tradition and is built in the gopuram style associated with South Indian temple architecture.

The temple has scheduled Annakut Darshan for 4pm on Friday, November 13. The offering, whose name translates to a mountain of food, is associated with Govardhan Puja.
