Noida tenant says ₹29,000 rent covers flat fittings, society amenities

Tanu Bhardwaj said she pays ₹29,000 a month for a semi-furnished flat in Noida, and showed the home and its listed facilities in a video.

Bhardwaj said the flat has a modular kitchen, chimney, RO water purifier, geyser, ceiling fans and exhaust fans. She listed parking, a park, gym, swimming pool, yoga hall and party hall among the residential society’s facilities.

Viewers responding to the post differed on whether the rent was reasonable. Some said rents in Noida were rising and viewed ₹29,000 as high for a partly furnished flat. Others said access to a pool, gym and other shared facilities made the arrangement appear reasonable.
