SpiceKlub’s Mumbai menu reworks familiar Indian dishes with deconstructed presentations, cheese, foam and nitrogen-frozen desserts.
SpiceKlub in Babulnath serves Pav Bhaji Fondue, Naanza, dosa tacos and a deconstructed vada pav. Its listed average cost for two is ₹3,000.
Pav bhaji at SpiceKlub arrives in a fondue pot, with crisp pieces of pav for dipping. It is one of several familiar dishes reworked at the Babulnath restaurant.
The menu includes a Naanza—naan pieces stuffed with masala paneer, cheese and chilli flakes—and South West Dosa Tacos, where an uttapam-style base carries paneer, avocado, chutney and chilli caviar. The Vada Pav Mousse deconstructs the street-food staple with boondi, batata vada filling, chutneys and soft bread; its garlic chutney comes in small starch packets that dissolve in the mouth.
For mains, Keema Bocconcini Masala uses soya keema with bocconcini, while Truffle Burrata Saag pairs burrata with saag and truffle oil. Drinks include Kalakhatta Mojito, Jaggmojito and a frozen Coconut Water Margarita. Dessert options include nitro-blasted Bubbling Kulfi with caramel, chocolate and rabadi.
SpiceKlub is in Babulnath, Mumbai. Its listed average cost for two is ₹3,000.
