Bengaluru: Bangalore Children’s Chorus at Sabha on September 5-6

The Bangalore Children’s Chorus will perform *Don’t Stop Me Now* at Sabha on September 5 and 6, with a programme spanning jazz, rock, pop and classical music.

Shows are scheduled at 4.30pm and 7.30pm on both days. Maya Mascarenhas and Judith Roby Bidapa are directing the showcase, featuring senior members of the chorus.

The 130-member group—110 children and 20 adults—has divided its performers for this production, allowing a smaller group to take larger roles instead of giving every member a brief appearance. Sabha’s limited seating has also shaped the smaller format. Junior members are planned to perform in another show in November.

The programme includes Latin American jazz, rock and pop, alongside quieter classical sections. The chorus says proceeds will support organisations working with vulnerable children as part of its “children for children” approach. Tickets cost ₹750; bookings are available on 9886045557.
