Brabourne Stadium to host Women’s Champions Trophy matches in February 2027

Brabourne Stadium will host matches in the inaugural ICC Women’s Champions Trophy, a six-team T20 tournament scheduled from February 14 to 28, 2027.

Mumbai will share hosting duties with Vadodara, where Vadodara International Cricket Stadium is the other confirmed venue. The Cricket Club of India’s Brabourne Stadium will be Mumbai’s venue for the competition.

Australia, England, India, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka qualified through their positions in the ICC Women’s T20I team rankings at the July 6 qualification cut-off. The teams will play a round-robin league, with the top two progressing to the final on February 28.

The ICC selected India to replace Sri Lanka as host after assessing Bangladesh, India and South Africa. The ICC Board ratified India’s selection on September 2.

The ICC has yet to release the match schedule and ticketing details for the tournament.
