DDA books 661 Narela flats on first day of 2026 housing scheme

DDA booked 661 of the 1,218 ready-to-move flats it put up for sale in Narela on August 15, the opening day of its Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. Every 1-BHK in the offer was booked.

The homes are in Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, and carry a flat 25% discount. Discounted prices begin at Rs 33.4 lakh for a 1-BHK, Rs 75.5 lakh for a 2-BHK and Rs 1 crore for a 3-BHK. The scheme is open to serving and retired government employees as well as professionals from other sectors.

DDA said it sold 1,284 flats in the first quarter of the current financial year, with Narela accounting for 1,153 of those sales. The housing complex is about 1.2 km from an upcoming Metro station and 1.9 km from a proposed RRTS station; it is also 2 km from Narela Sports Complex.

The remaining flats are available through the DDA Awaas Portal on a first-come, first-served basis.
