DDA books 661 Narela flats on first day of Karamjeevi Awaas Yojana

The DDA booked 661 of the 1,218 Narela flats offered under its Karamjeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 on the scheme’s first day, selling more than half the inventory. Its 1BHK units were fully booked within hours.

The ready-to-move-in homes are available to serving and retired government employees, as well as corporate workers, at a flat 25% discount. Prices begin at ₹33.4 lakh for a 1BHK, while 2BHK units are priced at ₹75.55 lakh and 3BHK homes at ₹1.07 crore.

Bookings are being handled online through the DDA Awaas Portal on a first-come, first-served basis. The authority is offering the flats freehold, without a restriction on buyers who already own property; adjoining units may also be combined subject to DDA approval.

The housing complex is about 1.2 km from an upcoming Metro station, 1.9 km from a proposed RRTS station and 2 km from the Narela Sports Complex. It is also near UER-I and GT Karnal Road. Remaining units are open for booking through the portal.
