DDA puts Master Plan 2047 FAQs and feedback option online

The DDA has put a set of frequently asked questions on the Master Plan for Delhi 2047 online, covering land use, parking, redevelopment and building norms.

The FAQs are available in the “What’s New” section of the authority’s website. They cover general provisions, heritage and public spaces, land pooling, transit-oriented development (TOD), high-density corridors, low-density areas and in-situ slum rehabilitation.

For residents, landowners and developers, the guidance also addresses permitted activities on land, floor area ratio (FAR), plot requirements, transferable development rights, and eligibility and approval processes under TOD and other policies.

The DDA has also added an “MPD-2047” option to its citizen services platform. Registered users can submit suggestions and feedback on the plan through the menu or the “At Your Service” section.
