Delhi launches RAMP programme for 30,000 MSMEs

More than 30,000 Delhi micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are expected to receive training and skills support by January 2027 under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) programme.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the Centre had approved ₹49.74 crore for Delhi under the scheme. The programme will focus on finance, training, technology and markets. The Delhi government also expects to connect more than 10,000 businesses to digital platforms.

The government said eligible micro and small enterprises can access collateral-free loans of up to ₹10 crore through the Delhi Credit Guarantee Scheme, with government credit guarantees of up to 95%. It said it had approved 10,505 guarantees worth ₹4,806 crore since February 1, 2026.

Industries Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said the government had tendered industrial-area infrastructure works worth about ₹500 crore. It is also developing an AI-enabled single-window MSME portal and plans exhibition and business centres in Bawana and Narela for Delhi-based industries seeking domestic and international markets.
