Delhi and Gurugram restaurants will mark Independence Day on Saturday, August 15, with regional Indian dishes, tricolour desserts, themed menus and brunches.
Lutyens Deli at The Claridges will serve a modern Indian brunch from 12.30pm to 3pm, priced at ₹3,395++ per person. The menu includes Junglee Maas, Goan prawn curry, Chicken Sofiyani biryani, chaat stations and Tiranga desserts.
TYDE at The Park New Delhi will host its Taste of India brunch from 12.30pm to 3.30pm for ₹2,026 per person. The menu includes dishes associated with Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bengal, Rajasthan, Awadh and Mughlai cooking. In Gurugram, Culina 44 at Taj City Centre will serve a Tri-Colour Menu Brunch priced at ₹2,750 plus taxes.
Kiyan at The Roseate New Delhi will offer a tricolour-inspired menu from noon to 11pm for ₹1,999 per person. Bombay Brasserie will price Crisps Dips of Bharat, Peru Mary and Kairi Sherbet 2.0 at ₹80 on August 15 at its Delhi and Gurugram outlets.
Café Delhi Heights says serving and former armed forces personnel can receive a 20% lifetime discount on presenting valid Army ID.
