Delhi traffic curbs near Arun Jaitley Stadium for India-Afghanistan T20

Commuters using Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, JLN Marg, Asaf Ali Road and DDU Marg on Sunday afternoon and night should plan alternate routes during the India-Afghanistan T20 match at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

The match is scheduled from 7pm to 11.30pm, while traffic restrictions and diversions may operate from 2pm until 11.45pm. Curbs may be imposed, as needed, on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, DDU Marg, Mirdard Chowk and JLN Marg. Goods vehicles will also face restrictions on designated sections of Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, JLN Marg and DDU Marg.

Spectators entering through Gates 1-8 should approach from Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg. Gates 10-15 are accessible from JLN Marg near Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal, while Gates 16-18 are on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg near the petrol pump.

General spectator parking will not be permitted close to the stadium. Free Park and Ride facilities have been arranged at Mata Sundari Road, Rajghat Power House Road and Velodrome Road. Parking is also prohibited on the affected roads and on Ring Road between Rajghat and IP Flyover; vehicles parked in violation may be towed.

App-based taxi pick-up and drop-off points are at Gate 2 near Maulana Azad Medical College and Rajghat Chowk.
