Delhi events on August 14: film, music, comedy and art

Delhi’s August 14 listings include film, live music, comedy, conversation and a workshop.

A free panel, *Azaadi Se Sukoon Tak*, on preventing stress, anxiety and depression begins at 7pm at Gulmohar, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road. India International Centre Annexe will screen *Piano Lessons: The Life and Art of Germán Diez* at 6.30pm, with free entry.

Ticketed options include *Laddu Gram* at Shri Ram Centre, Mandi House, at 4pm; singer Akanksha Grover’s Baithak Live at Talkatora Indoor Stadium at 7pm; and Avinash Gupta’s *Cassettes And CDs Nostalgia* at The Piano Man, Malviya Nagar, at 9pm. Comedian Masoom Rajwani performs at 8pm and 10pm at The Comedy Theatre in Hauz Khas Village.

Families can join a paint-your-own-Ganesha workshop at Chaayos in Connaught Place from 3pm. The India Silk Cotton Expo runs at Aga Khan Hall, Mandi House, until August 18, from 11am to 8pm, with free entry. In Gurugram, Wonder Street Carnival is scheduled to open at Leisure Valley Ground, Sector 29, on August 15 and continue through September 20.
