The account said the woman had asked about a washroom and was told one was available at a Metro station. It further alleged that she used bottled water to clean the area. The post did not identify the Metro line, train or exact location, and the claim has not been independently verified.

DMRC said it had not received a formal complaint about an incident on the stated stretch, and that no credible information or visuals had surfaced online. The agency asked fellow passengers to report such matters promptly via helpline 155370 or its other available platforms so it can act.
