Delhi Metro warns against phones attached to moving train windows

A phone attached to a Metro window while its owner runs alongside the coach has prompted a warning from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).

DMRC said videos showing this filming technique have circulated on social media in recent days. The clips show people attaching phones to a train’s window glass and then running alongside the moving train to record video.

The corporation asked people not to conduct such shoots anywhere on Delhi Metro premises. It said the practice could inconvenience passengers, cause injuries and damage mobile phones.

DMRC said it would take necessary action against anyone found carrying out such shoots.
