The Greater Noida Authority plans to create a round-the-clock helpline as a single contact point for service information and complaints.
The proposed 24x7 helpline will allow residents to seek information about Greater Noida Authority services, lodge complaints and track their grievances. The move is intended to bring these interactions through one support channel.
The Greater Noida Authority has decided to set up a 24x7 helpline centre for residents seeking help with its services.
The proposed centre is expected to act as a single point of contact for people who need service-related information, want to register a complaint or wish to follow the status of an existing grievance. Officials said the helpline would operate round the clock.
For Greater Noida residents, the change could make it easier to begin and monitor complaint requests without having to navigate separate points of contact for different authority services. The initiative also places grievance tracking alongside complaint registration, which may give residents a clearer route to follow up on pending issues.
Details such as the helpline number, launch date and the range of services to be covered have not yet been announced.
