Greater Noida Ramlila events planned from October 11

Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee met at Maharishi Bhrigu Ashram in Sector Beta 2 on Sunday to plan its annual Ramlila at Aichhar market ground in Sector Pi 1 and 2.

Led by Goswami Sushil Maharaj and president Anand Bhati, the committee is preparing programmes scheduled from October 11 to 20. Bhati said the committee would announce fuller details of the arrangements and new features during a bhoomi puja on September 13.

Shri Ramlila Committee is also planning Vijay Mahotsav celebrations alongside its Ramlila and Dussehra programme. Its members supported plans for food stalls and amusement rides.

In Greater Noida West, organisers under the Prabhu Shri Ramleela banner are proposing a 15-day event themed ‘Ramayana lok’, with a 60-foot Ram Mandir replica as its main attraction.
