A Gurugram resident said an eight-kilometre school pickup round trip had taken more than four hours by the time they posted online on Monday, with two kilometres still to go.
The resident said they had left home four hours earlier to pick up their child from school. Their account described waterlogged roads and slow-moving traffic during heavy rain.
Traffic was reported to be affected around Rajiv Chowk, Narsinghpur, the Sirhaul border and Subhash Chowk.
