Gurugram’s Corporate Jail event offers fictional resignations at Cyber Hub

MitraMesh’s Corporate Jail event in Gurugram offered fictional resignations and anonymous workplace complaints. The group plans Mumbai and Bengaluru editions.
At Cyber Hub, MitraMesh staged a resignation-themed party called “Corporate Jail”, with fictional resignation letters, anonymous workplace complaints and a countdown marking an imagined exit from corporate life.
Founder Vasu Vashisht said the Gurugram group developed the event after discussions about workplace frustration among office workers in Cyber Hub. “It gives you the outlet of rage-quitting without actually doing it,” he said.
Vashisht said more than 300 tickets sold out within three days of the announcement. MitraMesh plans to take the format to Mumbai and Bengaluru.
