IAA India will hold its Voice of Change Roundtable at Taj City Centre, Gurugram, on September 17 from 2 pm, bringing advertising, marketing and media professionals together to discuss gender representation and inclusive storytelling.

The programme includes a presentation on the IAA Voice of Change Midline Study, titled *India Advertising Midline: Gender Representation and Inclusion Trends*, followed by a panel discussion, *IAA Voice of Change: Shaping the Future of Inclusive Advertising*.

IAA India has listed Ayshwarya Sharma of Leo India, Virat Khullar of Hyundai India, Diksha Bajaj of PepsiCo and Jitender Dabas of BBDO Group India as panel speakers. Nina Elavia Jaipuria will moderate the session. Padmaja Joshi is scheduled to join a fireside chat moderated by Megha Tata.

IAA Voice of Change began in 2020 as the association’s gender-sensitisation initiative for advertising, media and content. The Gurugram session follows a Mumbai roundtable in July, where IAA, UNICEF and the Geena Davis Institute unveiled the study’s findings. Participation is through RSVP to IAA India.
