Juhu Tara Road 5BHK is offered at ₹80 crore, adviser says

Real estate adviser Firoz Momin has presented a five-bedroom apartment on Juhu Tara Road at an asking price of ₹80 crore, describing it as a home with direct beach access.

In a social-media video, Momin said the bare-shell residence has 5,600 sq ft of carpet area, four covered parking spaces and a balcony of nearly 400 sq ft overlooking the Arabian Sea.

He said the apartment is on a freehold plot of nearly 2,200 sq m and can be customised by the buyer. Momin also listed a swimming pool, gymnasium, banquet hall, jogging and walking track, landscaped gardens and open green spaces as amenities in the development.
