Kailash Kher sells BKC office for ₹10.75 crore, 10 months after purchase

Kailash Kher has sold a 2,619 sq ft office at Trade Centre, opposite the MTNL Building in Bandra Kurla Complex, for ₹10.75 crore.

The seventh-floor office in Bandra East was bought by Lakewater Retail Private Limited, with the sale registered on September 9. The transaction includes one car parking space, and stamp duty of ₹64.50 lakh was paid.

Kher had purchased the property for ₹10.50 crore in November last year. The difference between the two recorded consideration values is ₹25 lakh, or about 2.4% of the purchase price. That figure does not account for stamp duty, registration charges, taxes or other transaction costs.

Trade Centre is a 10-storey commercial building in BKC, one of Mumbai’s main office districts. The building received partial occupancy certificates in 2008 for its upper floors, followed by approvals for the ground floor and part of the first floor.
