The proposed two-year, item-rate contract covers toll collection and management of the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) Command Control Centre on the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewri–Nhava Sheva Atal Setu, also known as the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link.
The 22-km bridge links Sewri in Mumbai with Chirle in Navi Mumbai and was commissioned in January 2024. One-way tolls range from Rs 200 to Rs 250 depending on the route; a passenger-car return trip costs Rs 300.
MMRDA has estimated the contract at Rs 50 lakh. Bidders must submit a Rs 5 lakh earnest-money deposit through its e-tendering portal and furnish an additional Rs 45 lakh bank guarantee.
The authority has set financial eligibility conditions including a minimum net worth of Rs 30 crore as of March 31, 2026, and an average annual turnover of at least Rs 50 crore across the preceding three financial years.
