Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment leases Andheri West office for ₹2.46 crore over 28 months

Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited has leased two office units on the eighth floor of Lotus Grandeur in Andheri West for about ₹2.46 crore over 28 months.

The licence began on August 1 and was registered on September 1. Rhea and Dia Enterprises Pvt Ltd is the tenant. The initial monthly licence fee is ₹8,26,875, while the security deposit is ₹30 lakh.

The premises come with two car parking spaces and sit in the Veera Desai Road area, where corporate offices, production houses and creative businesses share space with residential development. The registered agreement does not state the office area.

Rent will rise by 5% after every 12 months: to about ₹8.68 lakh a month from the 13th month, and about ₹9.12 lakh for the final four months. The agreement also sets a 12-month lock-in period.
