Niranjan Hiranandani shows six-storey Malabar Hill home Kanta

Niranjan Hiranandani’s preferred corner in Kanta, his six-storey Malabar Hill home, is its terrace, which looks towards the sea.

The real-estate developer showed the residence, named after his mother, in a video shared on September 7. Its living areas are divided into smaller seating zones, with large windows and a balcony facing the water. The house also has a dining room centred on a marble-top table that seats 16, alongside an indoor bar with a marble counter.

A lit staircase runs through the building, while gold-toned details, patterned walls, artworks and warm lighting recur across the interiors.

Hiranandani said Kanta matters to him for its “connection of people”. He lives there with his wife and sister-in-law, who has one floor, and said two tenants make the building “more lively”. He also has a house in Powai.
