Noida-Greater Noida elevated road alignment set, DPR work to begin

From Sector 94 near Kalindi Kunj, a proposed eight-lane elevated road is planned to run parallel to Yamuna Pushta Road and towards Greater Noida, eventually connecting with the Faridabad-Jewar Greenfield Expressway.

NHAI, the Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Authority have finalised the alignment for the corridor, estimated to cost around ₹4,000 crore. The route would cross the Hindon river, reach the Sector Chi-V area, and pass through Gharbhara, Mursadpur and Yamuna Authority sectors 27, 26, 24 and 24A.

Near Jagannathpur village, a roughly 2km extension is proposed to link the under-construction Majhawali Bridge towards Faridabad. Officials said the corridor would also connect with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Noida International Airport once operational.

About 27km, from Sector 94 to Sector 150, falls within Noida Authority limits. NHAI is preparing the detailed project report after the alignment decision, while the Noida Authority has sent revenue maps for 26 villages for land assessment. A later second phase is proposed between Sector 94 and Akshardham along Pushta Road.
