Noida invites bids for auto showroom hub in Sector 105

Noida Authority is seeking automobile dealers and manufacturers to develop a showroom hub in Sector 105, alongside the Noida Expressway.

The 12,596-square-metre commercial parcel has a permissible floor area ratio of 4.0 and stretches 456 metres, with a minimum width of 19.96 metres. The plan includes five automobile showroom plots of roughly 2,231 to 2,300 square metres each, a 2,261-square-metre multi-level parking plot, two 500-square-metre restaurant plots and an additional commercial plot.

For prospective car buyers, the proposed cluster could place multiple brands and allied facilities at one stop. The surrounding wide roads are expected to support test drives as well as the movement of vehicle inventory, service vehicles and deliveries.

Noida already has dealerships around Udyog Marg and other commercial and industrial sectors, but these have developed separately. The Sector 105 proposal is designed as a single automobile-retail destination.

Interested companies can send queries until September 8. Noida Authority has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for September 11, and applications close at 5pm on September 18.
