Noida moviegoer says she left Mirzapur screening over audience behaviour

Anamika said she and a female friend left a screening of *Mirzapur: The Movie* midway at Wave Cinemas in Noida after being disturbed by other people in the audience.

In a video posted on September 5, she said her complaint was not with the film, which she described as entertaining, but with what she called a poor theatre crowd. She alleged that some patrons had arrived after drinking and that the disruption had led several people to step out.

Anamika said the theatre management offered to shift them to another screen. She said she wanted staff to deal with the people whose behaviour she had complained about, rather than asking guests to relocate. She also said the management told them they could call 100.

The film released theatrically on September 4. The video has drawn attention online, though the claims about the audience and the theatre’s response have not been independently verified.
