Noida Sector 117 residents seek drainage and tree-pruning work

Residents of Noida’s Sector 117 have asked the Noida Authority to address drainage, green-belt maintenance and trees growing near high-tension electricity lines.

Residents raised the issues during a meeting with authority officials. They sought improvements to the sector’s drainage system and more regular maintenance of green belts.

They also requested pruning of trees near high-tension power lines, citing the need for routine maintenance around electricity infrastructure.

The requests concern day-to-day civic services in the sector, including drainage, shared green spaces and upkeep around power corridors. The Noida Authority has not announced a timeline for any follow-up work.
