PWD Minister Parvesh Verma has directed civic and infrastructure agencies to accelerate pending national highway and road projects across Delhi.
The minister also asked agencies to address recurring waterlogging and strengthen coordination between departments. The measures are intended to ease traffic congestion, particularly where unfinished infrastructure work and rain-related flooding affect road movement.
