Rainwater slows Gurgaon traffic from Udyog Vihar to Rajiv Chowk
Heavy rain on Wednesday left waterlogged stretches across Gurgaon, slowing traffic on key internal roads and the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway.
Rainwater slowed traffic at key Gurgaon junctions, while potholes in Udyog Vihar and near Sector 14 made travel more difficult.
Water pooled around potholes on the Udyog Vihar Phase 3 road on Wednesday, as heavy rain slowed vehicles across Gurgaon.
Traffic was affected at Udyog Vihar, Shankar Chowk, IFFCO Chowk, Rajiv Chowk, Sohna Road, near the district courts, Hero Honda Chowk, Golf Course Road and MG Road. Congestion also spread to the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway near Shankar Chowk and the underpass towards Ambience Mall.
In Udyog Vihar, vehicles moved through waterlogged stretches along a road marked by large potholes. Motorists also faced poor road conditions on Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road near Sector 14.
