Riyaa Dalal reaches U-13 squash quarter-finals at Bombay Gymkhana

Riyaa Dalal moved into the Girls’ U-13 quarter-finals at Bombay Gymkhana on Tuesday with an 11-4, 11-0, 11-0 win over Dea Mehta.

Ariana Almoula joined her in the last eight after beating Naina Varma 11-3, 11-3, 11-2 in the 49th Bombay Gymkhana Maharashtra State Open Squash Tournament 2026. Sameeksha Sugumar defeated Vavya Gupta 11-6, 11-2, 11-7, while Aarana Rao beat Sharanya Ghosh 11-3, 11-3, 11-7 in the other U-13 round-of-16 matches.

In the women’s draw, Rathika Suthanthira Seelan beat Vasundara Nangare 11-3, 11-5, 11-8. Akanksha Salunkhe defeated Akanksha Gupta 11-2, 11-2, 11-6.

Aadya Budhia progressed with an 11-0, 11-1, 11-1 result against Sneha Waghmare, and Vyomika Khandelwal beat Durga Hiru Paradhi 11-5, 11-3, 11-1. The tournament continues at the Bombay Gymkhana courts.
