Gurgaon Sector 69 buyers seek restart of OSB Golf Heights work

At the OSB Golf Heights site in Sector 69, buyers gathered on Sunday to seek a restart to construction and a timeline for possession of their flats.

The project was launched in 2018 under Haryana’s affordable housing scheme. Buyers said about 10% of construction has been completed, while some allottees have paid up to 87.5% of their flat cost. They said work has been largely halted for nearly three years.

Several allottees said they financed their purchases through bank loans and continue to pay monthly EMIs without a possession date. They said they had expected the project to be completed within four years.

Buyers said they have approached the Department of Town and Country Planning and the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, seeking intervention and a plan to complete the project.
