Sector 92 RWA seeks on-site checks after OC for 276-unit Gurgaon tower

The Royal Green Owners Condominium Association has asked Haryana’s town-planning authorities to physically inspect facilities serving a 276-unit tower at Rising Homes/Sare Homes in Sector 92 after its occupation certificate was issued.

The certificate was issued on August 10 for T7, now called G1, G2 and G3. RWA president Praveen Malik said the association filed its objection within the prescribed 30-day period and sought a joint inspection of sewerage capacity, parking, fire-tender access and green-area compliance.

The association says T7 requires 414 ECS parking spaces. It has asked authorities to trace the tower’s sewer connection through to treatment, disposal or reuse, and to check whether parking or shared facilities used by existing residents are being counted for the new tower.

The association has also requested a fire-tender movement trial on the approach road, citing a sharp turn from the main gate, and a colony-wide audit of green areas.

The developer said Sare Homes entered insolvency in 2021 and that the current management took over through an NCLT order in April 2023. It said the 276 units were sold between 2011 and 2014, constructed in 2017, and completed under DTCP-approved plans before the occupation certificate was issued in August 2026.
