Taste Of Sikkim opens 45-seat restaurant at Gurgaon’s Iris Broadway Mall

Taste Of Sikkim has opened a 45-seat outlet on the lower ground floor of Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Gurgaon, with a dedicated entrance and indoor and open-air seating.

Founder Pooja Sharma said the expansion followed demand from residents in Gurgaon’s newer sectors, where diners had been travelling across the city for the restaurant’s food. Menu additions include timur chicken, cheese, corn spinach momos, Himachali siddu, Sikkimese black sesame chicken curry, and mutton taas served with chewra, or flattened rice.

The interiors use wood finishes, earthy shades, woven textiles and mountain-inspired artwork, along with landscaped greenery. The outdoor section offers open-to-sky dining, and diners can use bar-style seats while waiting for a table.
