The Blondie House opens in Versova with coffee, matcha and all-day dining

The Blondie House has opened on Harminder Singh Road in Aram Nagar Part 1, Versova, with all-day dining, speciality coffee, matcha and a bakery across multiple floors.

Bastian Hospitality co-founders Shilpa Shetty and Ranjit Bindra have brought together elements of Bandra’s Blondie and Juhu’s Janu by Blondie at the new café. One floor houses the café and bakery, while another has books, a shared table, a photo booth and retail merchandise. The team plans readings, workshops, tastings and smaller gatherings.

The menu includes Eggs Japo Style with miso butter, OG Blondie Avo Toast, yaki udon, pani puri, raj kachori, truffle cheese dosa, viennoiserie and cookies. Drinks include matcha, speciality coffee, filter coffee, milkshakes and mocktails. A dedicated matcha and coffee omakase floor is also planned.

The interiors use concrete, marble, wood, greenery and handmade ceramics, with Japanese architectural and Scandinavian design references. The café lists a cost for two of ₹2,000 to ₹2,500.
