BEST restored 14 bus routes through Sion and Dharavi after the Sion railway overbridge reopened to vehicles on Thursday.

The bridge had been under reconstruction since June 30, 2024. Its reopening restores bus connections through Rani Laxmibai Chowk, Sant Rohidas Marg and LBS Marg for passengers travelling between Sion, Dharavi, Kalanagar and Mahim.
Services A-7, A-22, 29 Limited and 411 will again run from near Lokmanya Tilak Hospital via Swami Shri Vallabhdas Marg and Sant Rohidas Marg towards LBS Marg. AC-505 and A-376, which connect Everard Nagar and Mahim, have also returned to their earlier alignments.
BEST has changed the circular A-176 route between Akashganga Society and Dharavi Depot. It will now use Sant Rohidas Marg and Vasantrao Naik Marg to reach Rani Laxmibai Chowk. The Dharavi Bus Depot and Kala Killa stops have been discontinued, while A-356 will continue on its existing route.
