Qualcomm India awards Vascon Engineers ₹660.79 crore Bengaluru office contract

Qualcomm India has awarded Vascon Engineers a ₹660.79 crore contract to construct a new office facility in Bengaluru.

The project, identified as Block K, will include three basement levels, a ground floor and 12 upper floors, along with associated infrastructure. Vascon Engineers said it will execute the work through a design-and-build GMP contract.

The construction timeline is 30 months from the formal handover of the site. The value disclosed by Vascon Engineers includes taxes.

For Bengaluru’s commercial construction market, the order adds another planned office development linked to the technology sector. Vascon Engineers said neither its promoters nor its group companies have an interest in Qualcomm India, and described the transaction as not involving a related party.
