Uttar Pradesh district cuisines to debut at IITF 2026 in Delhi

Uttar Pradesh’s One District, One Cuisine programme is scheduled to make its first appearance at the 45th India International Trade Fair at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi, running from November 14 to 27.

The state plans to present the food initiative alongside One District, One Product, its programme for locally distinctive goods. The display will feature cuisines from Uttar Pradesh districts and products associated with them.

The stall is expected to draw visitors, traders, investors and buyers attending the fair. Uttar Pradesh previously presented the initiative at the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show in Greater Noida.

The programme focuses on branding and market access for small food businesses, entrepreneurs and others connected with local cuisines. The IITF opens at Bharat Mandapam on November 14.
