Delhi-NCR events on October 8 include classical dance at IHC, a Gandhi book discussion at IIC and Gaurav Gupta’s Gurugram comedy set.
Ramachandra Guha and Prof Apoorvanand will discuss *Arguments with Gandhi* at the CD Deshmukh Auditorium, India International Centre, at 6pm on October 8. Entry is free; Jor Bagh is the nearest Metro station.
At 7pm, the Stein Auditorium at India Habitat Centre hosts the LalitArpan Festival 2026, with Indian classical dance performances followed by *Yudhishthir and Draupadi*, a dance-theatre work featuring Sunit Tandon and Guru Shovana Narayan. The free programme is a short walk from JLN Stadium Metro station.
For art, Ranadip Mukherjee’s *Whispers of Kashi* is open at Kalamkaari Gallery in Bikaner House, Pandara Road, from 11am to 7pm. The nearest Metro station is Khan Market. The Korean Cultural Centre India in Lajpat Nagar-IV is also holding Hanguel Day from 1.30pm to 3.15pm, with free entry on a first-come, first-served basis.
In Gurugram, Gaurav Gupta performs at The Laugh Store in CyberHub from 7pm to 9.30pm. Tickets cost ₹1,999, and Cyber City Rapid Metro station is nearby.
