Delhi: Baansera to host Rang Ras Rooh festival on September 26-27

Baansera near Birsa Munda Chowk in Sarai Kale Khan will host Rang Ras Rooh, a two-day festival organised by the Delhi Development Authority on September 26 and 27 for World Tourism Day.

Visitors can expect pottery, block-printing and mandala-art sessions at Hunar Gali, alongside puppet and magic shows, folk music and dance performances. Daytime activities also include games, a toy train and rides at Masti Ka Adda. Chitthi Ghar, Bachpan Ki Dukaan and Yaadon Ki Gali are among the themed spaces planned in the park.

Food stalls under Bharat Ke Zaayeke will serve dishes associated with Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Bengal, as well as South Indian food and Banarasi paan.

Sufi and ghazal performances are scheduled for September 26. The Nizami Brothers will perform qawwali at 7pm on September 27. Tickets will be available through BookMyShow.
