Central Railway to suspend Kurla–Vashi Harbour services until 3.45pm

Harbour Line trains between Kurla and Vashi will not run in either direction from 11.05am to 3.45pm on Sunday, September 27, during Central Railway’s engineering block.

Commuters travelling along that stretch can use special local services operating between CSMT and Kurla, and between Panvel and Vashi. The disruption affects the key link between Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, including passengers changing at Kurla or Vashi.

On the main line, fast services between Matunga and Mulund are expected to be delayed by around 15 minutes during the same period. Central Railway has scheduled the block for engineering works.

There is no block on Western Railway suburban services on Sunday. Passengers using the affected Central and Harbour Line sections should allow extra time for their journey until normal services resume after 3.45pm.
