DDA to open 750 lifetime memberships at Roshanara Club from August 28

Roshanara Club will open 750 lifetime memberships from midnight on August 28, giving applicants access to its sports, fitness and social facilities under the club’s bye-laws and prescribed charges.

The Delhi Development Authority has set aside 400 memberships for the non-government category, priced at ₹12.5 lakh plus GST, and 350 for government and PSU applicants at ₹4 lakh plus GST. Registration and payment will be handled through the DDA Roshanara Club membership portal, with the window open until 11.59pm on October 27.

Spread across 22 acres, the club has a cricket ground and practice pitches, along with tennis, squash, basketball, badminton, table tennis and pickleball facilities. It also includes swimming and toddler pools, a gym, fitness centre, yoga classes and coaching in select sports. Members can use the clubhouse lounge, restaurant, café, bar, banquet spaces, kids’ zone, billiards and card room, subject to club rules and charges.

DDA took over the 103-year-old club in September 2023 and reopened it in July 2025 after restoration. The ground may also be hired for matches, tournaments and corporate or sporting events under applicable rules.
