
Jiva Jadhav of Sheth Karamshi Kanji English School won the top prize at a Nariman Point competition that brought together 48 students from 10 Mumbai and Navi Mumbai schools.
The Children’s Toy Foundation held its Inter-School Mind & Fun Games Competition at Nariman Point on October 2, marking its 44th Foundation Day. Students competed in games testing strategy, observation, planning and numerical skills, while teachers also took part in a separate round.

The Children’s Toy Foundation brought together 48 students from 10 schools across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for its Inter-School Mind & Fun Games Competition, held to mark the organisation’s 44th Foundation Day. Participants came from schools in Airoli, Kharghar, Mulund, Malad, Powai, Churchgate, Grant Road and Ghatkopar.
The games were revealed only on the day. After rules were explained and practice rounds held, students played Chinese Checkers, I Drop and Master Maths. Eleven finalists then competed in Funskool’s Little Genius.
Vivaan Jain of HVB Global Academy, Churchgate, finished runner-up, while Abhishek Chaurasia of Gilder Lane Mumbai Public School, Grant Road, took third place. Arham Shah of Sheth Juggilal Poddar Academy, Malad, won the 1 to 5 Clap Game.
Teachers joined a “Teachers Solve It” round, won by Falguni of HVB Global Academy. All participants received certificates and an IQ puzzle game.
