Christel House India and the Thane Municipal Corporation have signed an MoU to plan a free English-medium CBSE school in Kavesar.
Christel House India and TMC have signed an MoU for a proposed free English-medium CBSE school in Kavesar, the organisation’s second campus in Thane.
A proposed English-medium CBSE school in Kavesar will offer free education and long-term support to children from under-resourced communities, Christel House India said after signing an agreement with the Thane Municipal Corporation.
The campus would be Christel House India’s second school in Thane. Its first local school admitted its inaugural batch earlier this year.
Municipal Commissioner Saurabh Rao signed the memorandum of understanding with Jaison C. Mathew, chief executive of Christel House India. Rao said access to quality education should be part of Thane’s growth across neighbourhoods.
Christel House India said the Kavesar school would be its fifth campus in India. The organisation also has partnerships with local authorities in Atal Nagar and Pune.
