Saudi low-cost carrier flyadeal has started non-stop services between Mumbai and Riyadh, with five flights a week on A320neo aircraft.
Flyadeal has begun five weekly Mumbai–Riyadh flights, its second Indian route after Hyderabad, using 186-seat A320neo aircraft.
Capt. Abdulaziz Bahri and Capt. Ali Hakim piloted flyadeal’s first Mumbai–Riyadh service, opening a new non-stop link between the two cities.
The Saudi low-cost airline will operate five weekly flights using A320neo aircraft, adding more than 7,400 seats a month on the route. The planes have 186 all-economy seats.
For Mumbai travellers, the schedule offers a mid-morning arrival in Riyadh; flights in the other direction are set to arrive in Mumbai in the morning. The carrier said passengers can also book connecting journeys to Abha, Dammam, Jeddah and Madinah on one ticket, with baggage checked through to the final destination.
Mumbai is flyadeal’s second Indian destination after Hyderabad, where it began operations on July 3. The airline said its Saudi network uses Terminal 4 in Riyadh and Terminal 1 in Jeddah, where rail links connect the airport with Makkah and Madinah.
