NMIA e-Shivai buses to Dadar, Borivali and Pune start October 7

MSRTC will launch electric bus services from Navi Mumbai International Airport, alongside planned shuttle, local bus, taxi and autorickshaw options.

MSRTC will start e-Shivai buses from NMIA to Dadar, Borivali and Pune on October 7. Fares will start at ₹170.

MSRTC will begin e-Shivai electric bus services from Navi Mumbai International Airport on October 7, linking the airport with Dadar, Borivali and Pune. Fares from NMIA will be ₹170 for Dadar East, ₹210 for Borivali and ₹450 for Pune.

The Dadar service will run via Sion and Atal Setu. The Borivali route will cover CSMIA Terminal 1, Bandra and Atal Setu. Pune will receive two daily services, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. MSRTC plans to add services to Thane and Nashik by mid-November. Children under 12 and women using a National Common Mobility Card will be eligible for half-fare.

A free hourly shuttle between NMIA and CSMIA is planned, operated by Cityflo, Aarya and Chalo. Chalo Bus will run 21 daily services to Marol, Bandra, Dadar and the World Trade Centre in Colaba.

NMMT plans seven airport routes, A1 to A7, serving Kharkopar, Targhar, Belapur, Nerul, Panvel, Khandeshwar and the Airport Project Office. Bharat Taxi plans to begin with up to 40 vehicles on October 10, alongside prepaid taxis, autorickshaws, car rentals and app-based cab options.
